Refund Policy


For US Returns

You may return any auto ship or non-auto ship products sold within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund of the product price only (shipping fees are non-refundable), less the prcoessing and handling fees, accompanied by a copy of your original invoice. Refund request must be sent in writing by email to support@perfectgreencoffeebean.com.

PerfectGreenCoffeeBean.com is not be responsible for shipping and handling on returned items.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. PerfectGreenCoffeeBean.com will only pay for the cost of return shipping plus refund the original cost of shipping if the return was a result of our error.

All items should be returned in their original product packaging. We cannot accept returns that are not in the original product package.

Please take note of the refund policy for one-time purchase of multiple bottles (2-bottles, 3-bottles, 4- bottles or 5-bottles special offer)

For customers who have purchased in bulk order of more than 1 bottle of our product, for any refund, our company's refund policy only covers 1 bottle of your product - If you order more than 1 bottle of each item, you can only open one product of any single package. The other items must be in the original condition. All the bottles (opened or unopened) must be returned to our fulfillment center. We will also deduct the full shipping and handling cost from the refund. If the shipping and handling cost was offered at a discount, it will be deducted from the refund as well.

For the unopened bottles, the following conditions must be fulfilled:

      • Product must be unused, clean and not damaged
      • Original packaging and materials intact

Receiving a Refund

After we receive and process your return, we will refund your product or products.

This time period includes:

• 5 to 7 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
• 12 to 14 business days for us to process your return
• The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines)

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

For International Returns -

International Return Policy Restrictions

If your order is returned to us as banned / restricted products, wrong address, or because no one was available to accept delivery, we will refund your credit card as follows: the amount of your order minus initial shipping charges as well as other charges we may incur due to the refusal, including but not limited to warehousing fees, quarantine fees, and returned shipping fees. If a reship is requested, customer is responsible for the original cost of the shipment, including shipping charges.

We usually deliver the products using USPS First Class Mail International service (with no tracking). We do not insure any loss of products for international customers unless the customer paid for the shipping service that includes tracking. In the event that the products are lost in the mailing, we are not able to issue any refund for the customers who do not pay for shipping service that includes tracking.
